What We Are Asked Most Often.
Do you offer services for both the household and business customer?
Yes, Erie U Storage offers services for residential and commercial customers.
Are there moving trucks available to use?
Erie U Storage partners with both rental truck companies and local movers. Call us at 303-828-2400 and we’ll gladly share our recommended partners with you.
Can I buy boxes and other packing products from Erie U Storage?
Yes. We have a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies, including an Apartment Pak ($100 under prices offered by others).
Do you have moving carts available?
Erie U Storage offers both moving carts and appliance carts free of charge to our customers.
Erie U Storage does have video surveillance of the property. Cameras are located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility.
Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?
Erie U Storage has an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
At Erie U Storage, you can also purchase a new disc lock at our location – in Erie, CO, just minutes from I-25, Boulder and Longmont.
Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
Erie U Storage offers parking for RVs, camper, trailers, and motorhomes.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.
What kind of security do you have?
Erie U Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gate with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities. We also work with the Erie Police Department for periodic monitoring of the property.

What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We offer a wide range of sizes to accommodate your needs. Sizes range from 5×5, or 25 square feet, to 10×20, or 200 square feet. Determining the right size is easy with the help of our online space calculator and the help of our Store Managers who are trained to assist you in this process.
